In order to protect everyone involved in Rally Estonia, all of us need to follow strict rules and a code of conduct.

The Rally Estonia Anti-Covid Unit has created an action plan, that involves preventing the spread of COVID-19. Access to the Rally Park (Service Park, HQ and Media Centre) will be limited. All people requiring access to the area need to get an accreditation pass with a photo and QR code. The passes will be issued according to the data filled in the COVID-19 protection questionnaire and confirmed by the Team Managers / responsible persons. In addition, each person needs to be tested negative for coronavirus within 24 hours after arriving to Estonia. Access to Rally Park will be restricted from September 1st at 8:00 AM local time. After this deadline, only the people approved for accreditation can access the Rally Park area.

The entire testing and accreditation process will be step-by-step as follows for teams, drivers, officials, WRC Promoter, media, suppliers and everyone else who is granted access to the Rally Park:

  1. By now, all people who require accreditation should have filled in the COVID-19 protection questionnaire.
  2. Team managers / responsible persons have to confirm the list of their team members (the list will be sent for confirmation shortly).
  1. Names and photos will be entered into the accreditation system and each person will receive an email with a personal QR code by Monday, 31 August at the latest to the e-mail submitted in the questionnaire. NB! The personal e-mail addresses in the questionnaire database are very important for everyone to receive their QR code.
  1. After arrival in Estonia everyone needs to do a coronavirus test as soon as possible, but within 24 hours after arrival. Estonians and the teams who have been in Estonia for more than 7 days before September 1 need to do the test within 24 hours before entering to the Rally Park area. The testing times and locations are given below.
  2. Test results will be communicated to mobile phone numbers submitted in the questionnaire. NB! The personal mobile phone number in the questionnaire database is very important to receive the test result. The testing partner SYNLAB will also share results with the Team Managers and the medical personnel of the Anti-COVID Unit in case you need some medical support. If you won’t get your result at least with 24h hours after testing, please contact your Team Leader or e-mail to covidinfo@rallyestonia.ee
  3. Once the Organiser has received information from SYNLAB that the coronavirus test is negative, the QR code that was sent to your e-mail, will be activated and you can enter the Rally Park area showing the QR code either on the screen of your phone or in printed form. Access with the QR code is possible starting from September 1st at 8:00 AM.
  4. Before entering the Rally Park, you will drive to the drive-in accreditation centre, present your ID and receive your accreditation pass which has been printed out for you. From now on you will be able to access the Rally Park area and move around in there by presenting the QR-code on your pass.
If you should have any questions regarding the accreditation process, please contact accreditation@rallyestonia.ee
