Administrative Checks will be done online before the event. All competitors must upload the required documents as per the Supplementary Regulations Art.10.1 to the form below by Friday, 4 July at 23:59 CET at the latest.
Documents to be presented
Photocopies of the following documents must be uploaded:
- International Competitors’ licence
- Drivers’ and co-rivers’ international competition licences
- Drivers’ and co-drivers’ valid driving licences (non-EU resident drivers and co-drivers must present a driving license valid in the EU)
- Drivers’ and co-drivers’ passports or identification
- Drivers’ declaration and undertakings forms, duly signed by the driver and the co-driver
- ASN authorisation for all foreign competitors and/or drivers (if not included on their licences)
- Car registration papers
- Car insurance cover certificate
- Duly signed and completed entry form
The entry form must be signed by all parties and presented in printed format during the Administrative Checks.
All the original documents listed above must be brought to the Administrative Checks in case they need to be visually inspected.
The material collection and reconnaissance registration time slot reservation form will be available in the Competitors > Forms section of the Organisers' website after the closing date of the entries.
