To be filled in by the competitors not entered in the rally but willing to take part in Reconnaissance.
Any driver taking part in Reconnaissance must respect the relevant regulations (see 2023 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations and 2023 WRC Rally Estonia Supplementary Regulations).
The registration form must be filled in by Thursday, 6 July.
The registration application will only be accepted if accompanied by the “Reconnaissance Only” fee.
Reconnaissance for reconnaissance only drivers is allowed on 18 and 19 July. A dedicated time schedule is published in Appendix 2 of the Supplementary Regulations.
If, for any reason, the crew is forced to replace the reconnaissance car during the reconnaissance, the Rally Secretariat (phone: +372 53 411 363) must be informed about the details of the new reconnaissance car.
