The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with windows on both sides of the house, is furnished and in good condition. The apartment has a separate entrance hall-living room-kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a toilet-bathroom.

- Nearby there are Coop, Selver ABC and Emajõgi.
- The city center is 5 minutes walk away (bus stop 150 m away).
- There is a free parking space in a closed yard.

The bedroom has a 160x200 large bed, the living room has a fold-out sofa bed 120x200 and the apartment has a disassembled children's cot and there is also the possibility of getting an inflatable mattress.
The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven and dishes for six people.
If necessary, bed linen and towels are available.
There is a also washing machine in the bathroom.
You can also use the glazed balcony, where smoking is not allowed!
